SHIPPING to Mainland UK -

We use a 1-2 day tracked delivery service for all our products.

SHIPPING to Offshore UK and for International orders- For any orders outside of Mainland UK, please get in touch with us on info@tidystands.co.uk to find out about specific shipping costs and timeframes.

STORE PICKUP - We only ship orders to customers, so no store pickup is available unless previously agreed with us, please get in touch with us on info@tidystands.co.uk for more information.

DAMAGES - In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@tidystands.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Our liability in respect of damaged/delayed goods shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods (excluding vat) and our liability shall not extend to consequential or indirect loss or damage.
