FULL REFUND POLICY
1. Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility & Exceptions

Standard Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Customised Items: Due to the custom nature of these products, customised items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
3. Damaged or Defective Items (Free Returns) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours at info@tidystands.co.uk

In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label free of charge, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
4. Change of Mind Returns (Customer Pays) If you wish to return a non-personalised item simply because you have changed your mind:

You must contact us at info@tidystands.co.uk to start the return.

We can generate a return shipping label for you for convenience; however, the cost of this return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund.

Alternatively, you may ship the item back using your own carrier, but we recommend using a trackable service.
5. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
